Travelling With A Purpose

It’s necessary to move your body, fuel yourself with the right nutrients but most importantly give back to yourself and the community around you. I’ve been helping individuals customize and run their ideal retreat. Whether they want to have a more relaxing, spa focused experience; physically demanding, bootcamp, hiking or body conditioning; community involvement, volunteer experience; or self development with a life coach.

Practicing yoga every day is important for both physical and mental well-being. Regular yoga practice helps to increase flexibility, strength, and balance, while also improving posture and reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, yoga has numerous mental benefits, such as reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. It helps to improve focus, mindfulness, and relaxation. Where it’s morning hatha, tantra or kundalini yoga to get the energy flowing in the morning; or yin yoga to relax before bed it’s important to move our bodies with intention.


Meditation brings numerous benefits like reducing stress and improving mental clarity. The lessons practiced on our retreats teach valuable techniques for daily life, promoting presence and mindfulness. By incorporating meditation into our routine, we enhance focus, manage stress, and develop resilience. Regular practice leads to self-awareness, compassion, and inner connection. These lifelong skills can be easily integrated into daily life, even with just a few minutes of dedication. Experience profound transformation and find peace and fulfillment through meditation.


We will organize private and group surf lessons depending on the conditions in the area. I am no expert surfer, but it is such an incredible way to connect with the ocean and learn a new skill if you’re a beginner or horn and on your existing abilities. I started surfing in Japan and went on a surf retreat in Sri Lanka that truly made me fall in love with the hardest sport on the planet.

Food Glorious Food

Depending on the location, we can have a live-in chef or I can provide a healthy and delicious meal plan that can incorporate local and western Cuisine depending on dietary restrictions and preferences.
